Agency Terms and Conditions:
- Registration is free
- All tutors must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of GCE ‘A’ Levels or Diploma qualifications, Undergraduates and Graduates will be preferred.
- All particulars must be filled in as accurately as possible, with no attempt to mislead parents/students and agency.
- Assignment
50% of commission charge for first 8 lessons applies.
For the first 8 lessons, regardless of the number of weeks tutored: 50% of total tuition fees will be made payable to eXceltuition.
For subsequent lessons after the 8th lesson, tutors will keep the Full tuition fees.
- Tutors who confirm to take up an assignment from eXceltuition must commit to it for at least 8 lessons.
During the first 8 lessons, in the event that tutor is late without giving notice to parents/student, did not turn up or give last minute changes which results in the termination of his/her services by the parents, tutor would have fees for first 4 lessons forfeited.
- In cases where tutor’s services are terminated before 8 lessons, in which not initiated by tutor or not as a result of tutor’s inability, negligence or fault, tutors would be paid duly for the number of lessons taught, with 50% of total fees as commission charge payable to eXceltuition. Otherwise, fees for the 4 lessons collected on first lesson of assignment is considered forfeited.
- Upon request by eXceltuition or parents, tutors must present their certificates/University student pass for verification, to prove tutor’s qualifications stated in his/her application form.
